Are your refunds given as credit?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any jewelry, handbags, or makeup purchase from Fendiz.Com, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been damaged. Inside the original packaging Your refund will be given based on your original payment method:
• Credit card, Debit card purchases are refunded back to the original card on which the purchase was made.
Can I return FENDIZ.com purchases?
Yes, we offer free returns! If you’re not completely satisfied with your Fendiz.com handbag, Keychains, Mug Tumblers, Shoes Charms and more you may return it within 14 days of purchase, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been damaged.
If I need to return my handbag, Keychains, Mug Tumblers, Shoes Charms and more will you refund shipping costs?
All domestic orders are shipped for free. However, any upgraded shipping fees or international shipping fees are not refunded.

My piece is turning my skin black/green. Why does this happen?
The metal of your jewelry is also alloyed with a mix of other metals to make it stronger. Your skin turning black or green can be caused by any of the following:
• A reaction of the metal alloys with naturally occurring chemicals on your skin
• Lotions or hand soaps reacting with the metal alloys
• An allergy to the metal alloys
Are all the items I see online available online?
Our website shares a live inventory, meaning all of the items dispersed throughout our website will be shown online for purchase. Many of the items will be available at www.fendiz.com. However, there are some instances where an item shown online is not available at Fendiz.com. This may happen because we do not catalog our items, meaning we purchase a small quantity and when the item is sold out, we do not always replenish it.
